This is easily becoming one of our favorite recipes... Eat Raw Love Longer.
Hail Merry Macadamia Dip Veggie Sandwich
2 Collard Green leaves (or 2 slices toasted Gluten-Free Whole Grain Bread)
1-2 tablespoons Hail Merry Red Pepper Macadamia Dip
4-5 thinly sliced cucumbers
Small handful of Micro Greens
2-3 small radicchio leaves
Chopped fresh chives
Or the RAW version:
- Take a large collard leaf and remove bottom stem with a knife.
- Trim the thickest part of the stem of the leaf is bendable.
- Place the Macadamia Dip in the bottom center of the leaf. Top with other ingredients.
- Fold the sides toward the center and then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the filling and sides as needed to make a tight wrap- just like a tortilla or egg roll.
