  • 10 Healthy Living Tips from Hail Merry

    When it comes to health, small things matter. Here are some of our own personal daily healthy living practices we have embraced on the journey to higher health and happiness.

     

    At Hail Merry®, we believe sharing a journey to higher health is the path to a better, happier world. Each of our Brand Ambassadors is on their own journey. In fact, Hail Merry® was created by raw chef, Susan O’Brien, born over thousands of hours spent on a yoga mat in moving meditation and spiritual awakening about how food can heal our bodies so that we feel more connected to our natural surroundings and appreciative of the foods given to us by Mother Nature. Yoga is an ever-evolving connection of mind, body and spirit.  Hail Merry® is taste and purity in every bite.

     

    When it comes to health, small things matter. Here are some of our own personal daily living practices we have embraced on the journey to higher health and happiness.

     

    Susan O’Brien, Founder: “I dry brush my skin everyday to remove toxins.”

    Jaime Puskar, Director of Events & Promotion: Drinks lots and lots and lots of water.  “I start each day by drinking about 16 ounces of water”.  

     

    Lily Carpentar, Brand Ambassador in Denver: “I eat ingredients I can pronounce and get plenty of fresh air every day.”.Well- she does live in Colorado!! And she drinks lots of water too.

     

    Claudia Pillow, PhD, Chief Nutritional Officer: Every morning, I drink 8 ounces of water with the juice of half a fresh squeezed lemon. Then I eat a big breakfast containing protein, carbs and fat to keep me going for hours.

     

    Other great Hail Merry Healthy Living Tips for you to practice daily:

    1. Eat plenty of whole fresh foods and raw plant oils to keep your body running smoothly and your skin glowing.
    2. Ditch the soda and sip water and green tea (made fresh without refined sugars).
    3. Move and be active everyday whether it is at the gym, outside or at home.
    4. Do yoga, especially stretching poses for flexibility.
    5. Reduce stress by exercising, mediation, smiling, and doing for yourself and others.
    6. Practice forgiveness and compassion. It will make you happier!
