I taste-tested the macaroons from Hail Merry and they were scrumptious! They were dehydrated at low temps and made with organic expeller pressed coconut oil, to lock in the rich, luxurious taste.  They are certified gluten-free and vegan. They do not contain refined sugars and are full of fiber. Since I am a HUGE fan of coconut oil, I am happy that they offer the health benefits of raw coconut oil.

Me, Him & the Cats got a chance to review our macaroons and were definitely impressed.  Here's what  they had to say:

...the real question is, do they taste good? The answer is absolutly. I was pretty skeptical that something so healthy couldnt be that tasty. I actually expected the cookies to be really dry. Much to my surprise they really were moist! I tried the blonde Macaroons first and liked how they seemed to almost melt in my mouth. They were sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Carolina Santos-Neves of Epicurious, shared a review of some Hail Merry Snacks, and by the sound of it, she was in love!

I had no problem eating half of a decadent Chocolate Almond Butter Miracle Tart and a quarter of the chocolate version.  Me? A sweet tooth? Nawww. These tarts were just that good. Dense, with fudge like filling and, I'd like to think healthier that most others of its kind.

I had the pleasure of tasting Hail Merry™. Raw Chocolate Macaroons...I would not have thought that a “raw” macaroon could be so amazingly, incredibly tasty...The first bite flooded my taste buds with coconut, chocolate and a mild hint of the vanilla. It was like eating a very fresh and flavorful cookie. It still had that sweet taste you look for in a dessert.

First, Susan’s Hail Merry Snacks are INCREDIBLE! .  The macaroons are the perfect way to finish off  a meal as they healthfully satisfy that post-lunch or dinner sweet tooth.  The tarts are another one of my favorites when I’m looking for a little more of a dessert. I also love to snack on the Hail Merry Grawnola.  I recently had the pleasure of meeting Susan.  She is such a kind person and has a wealth of knowledge about health and nutrition.  I love supporting products when I know where they are coming from, and Hail Merry is a brand that I am more than willing to support and enjoy!

Not only are these foods healthy and good for you, they also taste amazing! I must say, the orange rosemary pecans were definitely a new flavor for me and something I had never tried before. They were sweet and tangy, yet had an spicy, woody taste to them as well. They definitely filled me up and added a "twist" to my lunch! The Grawnola tasted great, definitely lives up to its description and rivals regular grawnola. And of course who doesn't love Macaroons! These made a great dessert, and it was fun to be able to eat something sweet even while sticking with my low carb diet.

Hail Merry’s macaroons are heavenly! I wasn’t quite sure at the time if I had an allergy to coconut or not, but wanted to sample one rather than rely on my husband’s sweet tooth. I ate 3 chocolate macaroons without stopping! They almost melt in your mouth! And they are such a healthy snack!

The Raw Mom from Raw Mom & Hot Dog Kids just tried our Miracle Lemon Tart. She describes how things can become violent when it comes to delicious raw food!

...last night my husband and I tried the Hail Merry's Lemon Tart, which by the way is gluten-free, dairy-free and raw, and we were almost fighting each other with our forks it was sooooo good.
