Fennel & Ginger Tea
2 cups purified water
2 teaspoons dried fennel seeds
2 1-inch cubes of peeled ginger
1 tablespoon peppermint leaves
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
Boil water and pour over fennel, ginger and peppermint. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add vinegar (if desired). Enjoy warm.
